We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Volunteers and Events Development Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing volunteer programs, organizing events, and fostering relationships within the community. The successful applicant will report to the Head- Fundraising and communication and be based at the Mosta office.
- Develop and implement strategies to recruit, train, and retain volunteers.
- Coordinate volunteer schedules, assignments, and tasks effectively.
- Plan and execute various events, including fundraisers, community outreach programs, and workshops.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless event execution and volunteer engagement.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with sponsors, partners, and stakeholders.
- Evaluate the success of volunteer programs and events, providing recommendations for improvement.
