Dara Story

In Cambodia, young people struggle to access basic education, because of disability caused by landmines. When Dara was 11, he lost his right hand and most of his sight following an accident with a landmine, which still litter the countryside where he lives. However, even in despair there is hope, Dara has an opportunity to lead a fulfilling life through programs at the Arrupe Centre which provide learning and growth opportunities for young people with disability and their families in Cambodia. By helping out this Mission Sunday you can make a life-changing impact for someone like Dara at Arrupe Centre
